Booking an consultation or inspection is a straightforward process. Simply choose the type of appointment then choose a date and time that works best for you, enter your personal details, pay for the service and you’re ready to go.

We’ll need a copy of the letter the council sent you when you registered your pool before we can go ahead. This letter contains all the information we need to go ahead with the inspection, like your address, the date your pool was constructed and the standard that we should use to assess your barrier. If you don’t have access to a scanner, a photo will do just fine - as long as we can read the letter.
